Dr. T V Rao has an Honorary Doctorate in International Banking and Finance from the Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon, France. He is a Graduate in Commerce from the S. V. University, Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) and a CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. Dr. T V Rao has nearly four (4) decades of experience in the Banking, Foreign Trade and Housing Finance Sectors with specialization in Treasury Operations, Investment Management and Corporate Finance Functions, Securitization and Structured Finance, Product development (Reverse Mortgage etc.), Training & Development, Research & Capacity Building and Regulation and Supervision of Housing Finance Institutions. He has been closely associated in the past in various professional capacities with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), the National Housing Bank (NHB), the Export Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) and Union Bank of India. He is a Director on the boards of various Companies including Non‐Banking Financial Companies, Housing Finance Companies, etc. He has also served in the past as a faculty member in several training programmes and symposia on Treasury and Investment Management, MBS organized by the NHB and other renowned Research and Training Institutions in India.

Mr.Prakash Vartak

Mr. Prakash Vartak has a career spanning as a banker for nearly four (4) decades with Bank of India (BOI) prior to his superannuation in the year 2017. During his career with Bank of India (BOI), he has held various positions and portfolios including the Export/Import Credit, Zonal Manager, Divisional Manager. He was also deputed at the London Branch and Singapore Branch as a Deputy in-charge of Treasury operations. He has also served as a Director on the Board of Commonwealth Finance Corporation, Hong Kong.

Ms.Varda Pendse
Independent Director

Ms. Varda Pradeep Pendse has a career spanning as a HR Consultant and Leadership Coach with nearly four (4) decades of experience. During her career she has been one of the founding team members at Cerebrus Consultants Private Limited. She was a Director and Board Member at Cerebrus Consultants Private Limited for nearly 25 years. She is a member of the Management Council of Kapadia Associates. Over the past 25 years, she has advised Boards, Founders & CXOs of over 400 plus clients including Large corporates & SMEs, across various segments like manufacturing, BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, real estate & infrastructure, technology, services sector, etc. Prior to joining Cerebrus Consultants Private Limited, she was leading the Learning and Development (L&D) Function at Colgate Palmolive India Limited and has worked in Mafatlal Consultancy Services (MCS), NELCO and Orson Electronics. She has done her Graduation in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and holds a Masters in Management Sciences (MMS) from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences (NMIMS), Mumbai University.

Mr.Pradeep Madhav

Mr. Pradeep Madhav has over four (4) decades of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. Mr. Madhav is currently on the Board of Financial Benchmarks India Pvt Limited (FBIL) as an Independent Director. Mr. Madhav has Board experience of more than 18 years. He has also been on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of RBI and also on numerous other committees of RBI, SEBI, NSE, BSE, City of London, Chambers of Commerce etc. formed for the development of the Indian Fixed Income Market. He has also been on the FIMMDA and PDAI Board and served as Chairman of PDAI for more than three (3) years. He has held the position of MD & CEO of STCI Finance Limited, a systemically important NBFC, from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director (MD) of STCI Primary Dealer Limited, a leading Primary Dealer, for more than ten (10) years. Before joining the STCI Group, Mr. Madhav was the head of the Primary Dealership Business, Retirement Funds Management and Debt Capital Market (DCM) Operations at IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. Prior to that, he was a part of the Senior Management team of PNB Gilts Ltd., one of the first entity to be accredited with a Primary Dealer License, from the year 1996 to 2000.

Mr. Uddalok Bhattacharya

Mr. Uddalok Bhattacharya is a performance-driven Banking & Finance professional, with over three (3) decades of experience in the Banking Industry including Treasury Operations, Planning and corporate credit. Mr. Uddalok Bhattacharya has been associated with the Bank of India (BOI) for more than 32 years and currently holds the role of General Manager – Treasury in Bank of India (BOI). He holds expertise in policy formulation and implementation, managing pan India operations, treasury and investment management, customer relationship management and implementing strategies to optimize cost and enhance business volumes and growth. Mr. Uddalok Bhattacharya has progressed through several managerial positions in various departments like Branch Management, Corporate Credit, Planning, Forex & Treasury. His major focus areas of operation has been Treasury Management and additionally also holds rich exposure in working in overseas branches in London and Botswana.

Mr.V Narayanamurthy

Mr. V. Narayanamurthy is a career banker with nearly four (4) decades of operational and strategic experience in IDBI Bank Limited covering retail and corporate banking, project appraisal, corporate planning and policy, human resource, corporate communications, organization systems and procedures, strategic investments, corporate social responsibilities. He is currently the Managing Director & CEO of STCI Finance Limited. In the past, he has served as an Executive Director of IDBI Bank Limited. He holds a Master of Financial Management (MFM) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute for Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Mumbai and Masters of Arts Degree (Business Economics) from the University of Delhi.

Mr.Prasanna Patankar

Mr. Prasanna Patankar is currently the Managing Director of STCI Primary Dealer Limited. He is also on the Board of Primary Dealers’ Association of India (PDAI). Mr. Prasanna Patankar has over three (3) decades of work experience in Treasury & Investment Management Functions straddling across areas which include Primary Dealership (PD) Operations, Fixed Income Sales & Trading, Debt & Macro Economic Research, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Client Asset Management, Proprietary Equity Trading, etc. Mr. Prasanna Patankar was part of the team which set up the Primary Dealership Business at STCI Primary Dealer Limited. Mr. Prasanna Patankar holds a Master of Business Management (MBM - Finance) degree from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.- Honours) degree from Utkal University, Odisha.
